With bulls selling to four states Jim and Jackie Wedge’s Ascot Spring sale achieved their best result to date after the entire catalogue averaged $9900 at North Toolburra, Warwick. The 61 poll Charolais sires including many homozygous poll bulls topped at $34,000 and averaged $9950 with a total clearance. Ian, Dell, Ivan and Helen Price and family, Keddstock Pty Ltd, Moongool Charolais, Yuleba, bid the $34,000 top money for Ascot Kudos P545E (P) (R/F), a low birth weight, positive fat, powerful son of Palgrove Kudos K735E (P) (pictures, photo courtesy Ascot Charolais).
