The 2018 National Youth Stampede attracted 79 competitors from across Australia. Entrants had the opportunity to participate in team building exercises, lectures and educational sessions on a variety of topics and compete in judging, marketing, and parading competitions. Each year entrants are exposed to new educational sessions designed to either increase skill level in beef cattle management or invest in the development of life skills. The Charolais Society would like to thank all sponsors, studs that loaned animals to exhibitors without animals and educational lecturers. Overall Amy Whitechurch was announced as grand champion Herdsperson, Erica Bayliss grand champion junior judge and Logan Evans grand champion parader.
