Dear Members,
The Charolais Youth Committee are producing a Charolais Calendar for 2023 as their first fundraising opportunity for the group. The committee will also be running a photography competition in which the best 13 Charolais focused images will be displayed on the front cover and each month of the year.
They are offering the chance for all members to buy their bull or female sale event date which will then be printed on the calendar. This will include the sale name, location, and a vendor contact details. A day on the calendar can be purchased for $66.00 including GST per square and is a great way to promote your sale for 2023.
We also have the option that members buy the month for $110.00 including GST where their logo will be displayed next to the picture of the month as well as small write up on their stud. * Note that this does not include the sale date purchase, if you would also like to purchase the date this will be a separate cost. Calendars can be pre ordered for $33.00 including GST a calendar including postage and will be sent out once they have been printed early to mid December.
Competition: The photography competition is open to people of all ages so please feel free to send your favourite 2 photos to charolaisyouthau@gmail.com for the chance to have your favourite photo printed in the 2023 calendar.
Closing dates for the photo competition and to purchase your date is the 15th of November 2022.
