On behalf of the British Charolais Cattle Society, we are very excited to be in a position to send the Charolais World Congress 2022 tour details, registration form with costs and of course the terms & conditions that we hope will supply all the relevant information required for you to distribute to your members as soon as possible – registration deadline: 31 March 2022.
The British Charolais Cattle Society are proud to be hosting this historic event to celebrate 60 years of the breed in the UK, providing an opportunity for you to meet many prominent breeders and share the continued success story as well as to showcase the best of British with an exciting & interesting look at our cattle, heritage and wonderful countryside.
The tour starts in London on 7th July and will head west before continuing north for the cattle judging at Great Yorkshire Show, the largest attended show in England! The Conference will be held in the city of York and a chance for you to explore this historic city before continuing north into the Scottish Borders and then over to Northern Ireland for the final 3 nights to enjoy Castlewellan Show and the final Gala Dinner aboard the Titanic Museum. The tour includes: 11 nights hotel accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis, 10 Lunches, 10 Evening Meals, 1 Welcome Drinks Reception, Visit & Entry Fees as per the itinerary including Conference Fees, Private Coach Transportation for the duration, Ferry to Belfast, Tour Managers for the duration, Airport Transfer on 18th July, and much more!
Not included: Flights to London and from Belfast, Accommodation, meals or drinks not listed, Items of a personal nature ie; telephone calls, laundry, gratuities/tips, Travel Insurance – you MUST be insured to travel to UK and ensure your policy includes Covid-19 cover.
